Ever since trying to recover and also trying to just do the best in terms of fitness and my performances and on lifting weights and whatnot, I get nervous/mad if I have to SKIP a meal. I get so nervous that I’m going to screw up my metabolism or slow down the muscle building/fat burning process. So crazy since not that long ago I would have been thrilled to accidentally skip a meal or fast until dinner. So much happier now, from these little shifts I notice each and every day <3
